MSI Malaysia has opened pre-orders for a limited edition run of its gaming laptop. Dubbed GE62 Camo Squad, it’s essentially the Taiwanese company’s GE62 gaming laptop with a new colour scheme; MSI is also bundling this notebook with several goodies, including the recently released Ghost Recon Wildlands and its season pass.
Complementing the GE62 Camo Squad gaming laptop are three other matching items: a backpack, a water bottle, as well as a mousepad; all of which sport camo designs. On top of that, there’s also a dog tag bundled together. Collectively, all of these items – including a copy of Ghost Recon Wildlands and its season pass – cost about RM1,100.
In terms of specifications, the GE62 Camo Squad is certainly a capable gaming laptop. It’s packing a 15.6-inch 1080p IPS display, an Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor paired with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 GPU, a 256GB M.2 SSD along with a 1TB 7200rpm HDD, as well as an RGB SteelSeries keyboard.
Pre-orders for the MSI GE62 Camo Squad will end on 19 March 2017; those who place their orders before then will receive MSI’s DS200 gaming mouse, which is worth RM199. If you’re keen to place your order, you can do so online or from certain physical outlets listed by MSI Malaysia here for RM7,699.
