Zotac Malaysia has announced price revisions for all of its custom GTX 1080 graphics cards. The announcement – made at Zotac’s official Facebook page – mentioned that its “GTX 1080 is now more affordable with the new MSRP in Malaysia!” This follows after Nvidia’s GTX 1080 price reduction announcement yesterday.
In total, five custom GTX 1080s by Zotac will receive changes to their retail prices. The first one being the GTX 1080 ArcticStorm Thermaltake 10 Year Anniversary Edition, which is now priced at RM3,739. Next up is the GTX 1080 ArcticStorm, with its new MSRP of RM3,599.
Besides that, Zotac’s GTX 1080 AMP Extreme and GTX 1080 AMP Edition graphics cards also comes with new retail prices of RM2,879 and RM2,789 respectively. Finally, the most affordable GTX 1080 graphics card by Zotac, the GTX 1080 Mini, is now priced at RM2,629.
The good news doesn’t end there, folks. According to Zotac, limited units of the GTX 1080 AMP Extreme, AMP Edition, and Mini will also receive an additional RM100 reduction (minus the new MSRP). This offer, however, is only valid until 5 March 2017.
Unfortunately, it seems that the price revision by Zotac Malaysia will only affect its custom GTX 1080s. The company made no mention about reducing the prices of other Zotac GTX 10 series graphics cards.
