If you are not familiar with speakOUT, well…you are not the only one. Truth to be told, speakOUT which is a prepaid brand operated by Pavo Communications has been around since 2011. Today, the company has unveiled its new and much more vibrant image alongside a number of new prepaid packages.

The new speakOUT prepaid offerings come in two different types of starter packs: one being the standard speakOUT Prepaid pack while the second pack is specifically meant for tourists. Priced at RM 16, and RM 50 respectively, these are the summary of what each package has to offer:

For the standard speakOUT Prepaid pack, it comes standard with preloaded talktime of RM 2 while the 500MB of high speed data is valid for 30 days. Once that quota has been reached, users speed will be throttled to 64 kbps but of course, this can be rectified by purchasing speakOUT’s Internet Booster.

As for the speakOUT Tourist Prepaid pack, it comes with RM 5 worth of talktime together with 100GB high speed data that is valid for 7 days. While it is almost impossible to finish up 100GB on a mobile connection especially when there’s Fair Usage Policy involved, the same throttling policy as per the standard speakOUT Prepaid pack also applies to the Tourist Prepaid pack.

Meanwhile, there is actually a third prepaid plan in the line-up called Buddies Plan. However, the company is not ready to reveal more details it at the moment apart from that the plan is mainly targeted at youth market.

As an MVNO, speakOUT is not running on its own infrastructure but instead, it riding of DiGi’s network. Hence, speakOUT customers will also be able to utilize LTE via their prepaid plans. At the same time, the company is also offering devices bundle for their prepaid plans which we will discuss in a separate post coming your way shortly.

For more info on speakOUT, head on to its official website or official Facebook page.
