After signing deals with TM, DiGi and Samsung, iflix adds yet another name – Celcom – into its growing list of partners to help deliver its video streaming service to more users. Through this new partnership, Celcom customers are now able to enjoy free access to iflix immediately.

Similar to iflix’s original deal with DiGi, the free access is valid for the first two months. As opposed to the benefit that have been provided to TM’s UniFi and certain DiGi Postpaid subscribers though, there is no free one-year subscription to iflix for Celcom customers at the moment.

Instead, Celcom customers that choose to stay with iflix will be automatically charged RM 9 per month (as opposed to iflix standard monthly fee of RM 10) directly to their Celcom bill. This is also applicable for Celcom’s prepaid customers.

To start accessing all the contents that iflix has to offer under this new deal, all one has to do is visit iflix’s official website while being connected to Celcom’s network and a notice will appear that he or she is for the free iflix access under Celcom. Alternatively, Celcom customers are also able to do so via iflix’s Android or iOS apps.
