If you ever wanted to own one-off shoes that are made just for you, now you can craft them through Nike‘s newly launched Malaysian online store. Known as the NIKEiD service, it was previously only available in selected markets such as United States and Hong Kong.
The choice of Nike shoes that are available through NIKEiD in Malaysia are quite extensive and covers not only lifestyle shoes but also those that are made for basketball, football, futsal, running, training, skateboarding, and tennis. As for the number of customizations that can be done through the service, it depends on respective shoe models.
The usual customization options that are available to customers are design patterns, zonal colorways, and texts. For certain shoe types such as football boots, customers can even choose which type of studs or sole that they prefer on their NIKEiD creation. It takes up to six weeks for the shoes to be prepared before they are delivered to customers.
In terms of pricing, the current line-up of NIKEiD shoes are priced between RM 469 to RM 1,479 but the pricing might change from time to time as the catalog and customization option are regularly updated. To see more, head on to Nike Malaysia’s official website.
