For those of you who are looking to port into redONE, there’s no better time to do so than now. The telco, a postpaid MVNO telco in Malaysia, is now offering port-in customers 1GB of data and free on-net calls for only RM8 a month. That’s double the data offered in its latest Data8 plan that was announced back in April.
The monthly commitment of the promotion plan for port-in customer (Data8+) costs only RM8 a month. It comes with 1GB of data, and has free calls to redONE numbers. Call charges are 15sen/min to all other networks, and SMS are charged at 5sen/SMS to redONE numbers and 10sen/SMS to all other networks. You can purchase additional data starting from RM20 for 1GB all the way to RM60 for 5GB.
Do note that a 6 months contract applies for users who sign up for redONE Data8+. This promotion is available for all MNP port-in requests, excluding Celcom and Celcom MVNOs. The 1GB of data is a permanent offer, which means that you get 1GB of data for only RM8 a month until you change your plan or terminate your line. This promotion is valid right now, and will run until 30 September 2016 so you still have a little over a month to make up your mind.
