So far, we have seen two NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics cards in Malaysia but they are certainly not that last as this is just the beginning of GTX 1060 onslaught into our market. Soon, users will be able to see another GTX 1060 at stores in the form of ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1060 Mini.
It goes without saying that one of the card’s biggest attraction is its size. At only 6.85-inch long, the GTX 1080 Mini is suitable for users that want to have capable graphics card in their small form factor system. At the same time, the card’s thermal solution is a combination of a 90mm fan and sunflower-shaped aluminum heatsink that is placed directly on the card’s GPU.
Despite its compact size, the GTX 1060 Mini still retains the same base and boost clock speed as per NVIDIA Founders Edition card at 1,506 MHz and 1,708 MHz respectively for its GPU. Same goes for its memory clock speed which is rated at 8,000 MHz.
As opposed to the rumors that were making their rounds prior to the graphics card’s release, the GTX 1060 Mini is only available with one variant which comes with 6GB GDDR5. Listed at RM 1,219, those who are eager to put the card into their machines are able to grab it at ZOTAC retailers in Malaysia starting from next week onwards.
