While we already aware that PlayStation VR will be launched in selected markets including US and Japan in October 2016, we not able to say the same for other countries within Asia. That will change on 28 July 2016 though as Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) will be organizing a special PS VR conference for Asia region on that very day.
The announcement of the conference which will be broadcast live online was made through PlayStation Asia’s Facebook page earlier today. As expected, the full agenda of the conference remains a secret at the moment but nevertheless, SIE made no secret that it will announce the release details of PS VR in Asia at the conference.
By release details, it could mean dates, pricing, and bundles which are something that we expect SIE to reveal at the event. We definitely hope the release details for Malaysia will be announced at the same time as well.
