Digi is currently having a promotion for its prepaid customers, where they get 8% value bonus when they reload their airtime credit. However, there are a few catches to the reload bonus promotion.
The reload bonus is 8%, which sort of converts the 6% GST into airtime credit with an additional 2% reload bonus. That’s better than not having any bonus at all, right? For example, purchasing a RM100 reload will cost RM106, but the airtime credit the customer gets is RM108.
The reload bonus is not granted immediately, as it will only be credited to the customer within 72 hours. On top of that, the 8% reload bonus only applies to selected reload cards and are only available while stocks last at dealer outlets nationwide. Do note that this promotion is only valid till tomorrow (31st December 2015), so customers need to act fast if they want to enjoy the GST-less prepaid reloads. It’s good to see that Digi released these new prepaid reloads that cover GST and give additional bonus. With all the commotion going on with GST on prepaid reloads, it would be better if Digi made more of these reload cards and extend the promotion time to 2016. Now that would be a better way to welcome the new year, wouldn’t it?
