Xpax’s Fantasy Fest 2015 will be returning on the 28th and 29th of November 2015. The event is held to promote their MAGIC SIM and all attendees are to expect lots of activities including gaming tournaments, cosplay competitions and giveaways.
The two-day event will be held at StarXpo, which is in Kenanga Wholesale City (KWC), and it starts from 10am till 10pm. Anyone from the public can join the event and admission is free or charge.
Celcom has collaborated with Sony to let customers be the one the first few to experience Street Fighter 5. The game is slated for a February 2016 release and this will be the game’s first preview in Malaysia.
RM10,000 in cash prizes will also be given out to Dota 2 tournaments that include the traditional 5v5 tournament, as well as custom game modes like Pudge Wars, 10 v 10, and Skillshot wars.
If you don’t play Dota 2, there will be an additional RM10,000 in cash prizes given out to other gaming competitions like FIFA 16, Rocket League, and trading card games – Hearthstone and Magic The Gathering to name a few.
There will be international and local anime song artists present for photo opportunities and an autograph session. A lucky draw will also be held for MAGIC SIM customers to win a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. In addition, a cosplay competition will also be held where the victors will stand a chance to win cash prizes up to RM10,000, while the solo category champion will win a four day three night visit to Osaka, Japan.
The event is free to enter, but in order to experience the games or receive additional perks, attendees either have to be an existing MAGIC SIM customer or be a new one by purchasing an Xpax MAGIC SIM at the event for RM5.
