It looks like Digi has quietly refreshed its higher-end postpaid plans – SmartPlan 148 and SmartPlan 238, giving both plans more data for High Voice and High Data plans. The telco also has a new SmartPlan 98, and a special promotion that gives 1GB of data every month for 6 months.
First up, the higher-end SmartPlan 148 and SmartPlan 238 now comes with 2GB more data for both High Data and High Voice options, offering up to 7GB and up to 10GB of data respectively. In addition to that, the telco has removed the SmartPlan 108, and introduced a new SmartPlan 98, that comes with unlimited calls and SMS. The full list of plans offered by Digi now is as follows:

As for the free 1GB of 4G LTE data promotion, from now (3 September 2015) until 3 October 2015, upgrade your Digi SIM card to USIM and sign up for a SmartPlan 78 and above, and Digi will reward you with 1GB of free data every month for six consecutive months.
If you are an existing Digi subscriber with a USIM, you will also be entitled to enjoy the free 4G LTE internet quota, just walk into any Digi stores to sign up, no contract required. Do note that the free internet quota is for 4G LTE usage only, which means that when you are on 2G or 3G, Digi will utilise the quota from your plan.
