Celcom has just introduced a new Merdeka offer for its First One Plan postpaid plan. The plan is bundled with internet, free calls and SMS, and the most attractive of them all, there is a RM20 rebate for those who sign up before 31 August 2015.
Available starting today, the Celcom First One Plan Merdeka offer comes with 2GB of internet, 60 minutes of calls and 60 SMS to all networks. The usual price is RM68 a month, but if you sign up before 31 August 2015, you will get to enjoy a rebate of RM20 a month. The RM20 rebate is valid as long as you are active with the First One Plan.
Sadly though, the Merdeka offer is only for new and MNP customers. Existing Celcom Prepaid users are not allowed to migrate to the First One Plan, and you can’t sign up for 1 + 5 plan under this plan.
Everything else about the plan remains the same. Calls and SMS charges are more expensive than its existing plans at 20sen/min (all networks) for voice calls, and 20sen/SMS (all networks). Should you finish using up the internet quota, you can still purchase additional add-on quota at a reasonable price starting from RM3 (100MB), RM10 (500MB), RM15 (1GB) and RM50 (5GB).
