U Mobile has just added the Huawei P8 to its smartphone bundle, offering the device from as low as RM546. U Mobile is even offering freebies worth up to RM804 – free Huawei Talkband B2 Sport, free powerbank, and free casing.
As with its usual phone bundles, U Mobile is offering the Huawei P8 along with its Ultimate Device plans – Ultimate Device 65/95/135, tied to a 24 months contract. Each plan comes bundled with high-speed data, calls and SMS.
Upfront payment is waived for those who purchase the phone using credit card, and subscribe to auto debit for monthly access fee. Those who are not eligible will have to pay an upfront fee of RM360 (UD65 – RM15 x 24 months), RM600 (UD 95 – RM25 x 24 Months), or RM960 (UD135 – RM40 x 24 months). Alternatively, you can also opt for 0% easy payment plan from 6 months to 36 months depending on the bank.
The Huawei P8 bundle from U Mobile has contract freedom too, which means that if you wish to terminate your contract before the contract period is over, there will be no penalty fee. Instead, all you need to do is pay back the subsidy for the number of months you have left on the contract.
Sadly though, U Mobile is no longer offering device bundles with its main postpaid plans – U28, P50 and P70. These plans are currently on promotion and are a much better deal compared to other U Mobile plans.
