As part of its Hari Raya promotion, redONE mobile is offering its subscribers 1GB of data free for the month of July 2015, when you purchase a data plan of 1GB and above.
The promotion is available immediately and the extra 1GB of free data will expire at midnight on 31 July 2015 – even if you subscribe to an eligible plan on 31 July 2015, your free quota will still expire at midnight on the same day. All you need to do is upgrade your plan from no data or from anything below 1GB, to a 1GB data plan and above. The free data will automatically be credited to your account.
The promotion is valid only for active lines – suspended lines who reinstate at any time in July will not be entitled for free data. Sadly though, while redONE offers LTE connectivity to its subscribers, for those who subscribe to data bundle below 3GB, you will not be given LTE.
redONE has a collection of data plans ranging from RM5 a month (100MB), all the way to RM85 a month (5GB). Do note though that not all the data plans offered by redONE offers unlimited usage (throttled speed after quota is over), so if you hit your quota, you will be either disconnected or be charged at a PPU rate of 10sen/MB.
