Leago is now offering its Elite 3, a 4G-enabled lower mid-range smartphone, in Malaysia for a retail price of RM649, inclusive of GST.
The Leagoo Elite 3 is similar to the Elite 2 that we saw about two months back. It features a similar stylish design with a metal frame to give it a more premium look and feel. On the front, there is a similar 5.5” 720p IPS display and right beneath that, you’ll find a 1.3GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot.
Camera wise, it also has a 13MP camera sensor at the back, accompanied with an 8MP selfie camera at the front with features such as voice capture and smile capture. Other specs include 3000mAh battery, dual-SIM, and runs on Android 4.4.2 with the company’s own Leagoo UI 3.0.
Hardware wise, the Elite 3 is lower end compared to the Elite 2, but what makes the Elite 3 better is that it is equipped with 4G LTE connectivity on both SIM slots; the Elite 2 only has HSPA+ connectivity.
Retailing at RM649 (cheaper than the Elite 2), the Leagoo Elite 3 is available starting today in black or white. Check out Leagoo’s Facebook page for more information about the device.
