Digi is now offering 30GB of free storage on Capture, a cloud storage app by Telenor Digital AS, exclusively for its subscribers. To make things even more exciting, the telco is offering free internet quota for usage with the app. The catch? Nothing’s free forever.
Available for all Digi prepaid and postpaid subscribers, just download Capture on your Android or iOS device by sending an SMS “CAPTURE” to 20000. You will receive instructions on how to activate your extra storage.
After that, you can use Wi-Fi or even Digi’s data plan to backup all your photos and videos. The telco says that it is offering zero internet charges for Capture usage on its network. Don’t get too excited yet though, this is only a promotion and extra storage received will expire on 30 April 2017.
As for Capture, it is a cloud storage app that lets you backup pictures and videos from your local gallery to the cloud. With free internet usage from Digi, you can view back your photos and videos anytime without using up all your data. It is free for use for everyone, but instead of 30GB of storage, other users will get 2GB of free storage.
