I’m sure we all had some fun with Microsoft’s age predicting tool, How-Old.net, that was unveiled a little over a month ago, what does the team have next? A face comparison tool that calculates how much you and another person resembles one another, called TwinsOrNot.net.
TwinsOrNot has a new #TwinsOrNotRobot that tells whether you and someone else are twins. All you need to do is upload two photos for Microsoft’s Machine Learning technology to compare. It will analyse photos for recognisable features, and return with a percentage of how similar the people in each photo are.
According to the creator, Mat Velloso, this website took only four hours to complete. This is made possible using various APIs from the company, along with Azure cloud platform. Mat Velloso even shared a step-by-step instruction to see how this was built, complete with links and such.
