As MWC 2015 approaches, it’s not surprising to see yet another leak concerning the Samsung Galaxy S6. This time around, what could possibly be the metal housing of the Korean company’s new flagship has been circulating on the Internet.
Based on the images – which were somehow taken in a toilet, the port placements and cutouts for the camera and heart rate monitor are pretty convincing. However, as these are merely leaked images, it’s best taken with a pinch of salt.
In any case, this new metal housing is distinctly different from the previously leaked metal unibody design. That leaves only two possibilities: either the earlier leaked design was just a prototype, or this new design is no more than a rumour.
If this new design is in fact legitimate, Samsung might just be called out by eagle-eyed consumers. As it is, more than a few individuals have already voiced out how similar the sides of the new metal housing are to the current iPhones. Looking at the pictures, it’s not such a far-fetched claim either.
It’s anyone’s guess as this point as to how the upcoming flagship will look like. The Samsung Galaxy S6 is definitely one smartphone to look out for when MWC 2015 is here.
