Storekini has opened the pre-order for the HTC Nexus 9, which marks the first official availability in Malaysia of Google’s latest flagship tablet. Pre-order customers will also stand to receive several freebies in this limited-time promotion.
This particular Nexus 9 tablet is the LTE model with 32GB of internal storage. Other specifications include an NVIDIA Tegra K1 dual-core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz with 2GB of RAM, an 8.9-inch 2048 × 1536 IPS display, 8MP rear and 1.6MP front cameras, and HTC’s BoomSound technology. All pre-order customers for the Nexus 9 will receive a free USB flash drive, our very own LYN T-shirt, and a 2600mAh power bank.
The Nexus 9 will cost RM1,999 if you want to drop by and collect it yourself, although a RM99 deposit is required. This option comes with a free protective case worth RM159 thrown in. Having the Nexus 9 delivered will cost RM2,050 with the free case; or RM1,999 without it.
Storekini is also offering the HTC RE Camera for RM699, with a special promo code to knock RM50 off that price. Unveiled just last year, the RE Camera is a first-of-its-kind cylindrical-shaped camera that HTC boldly claims will “reinvent photography.” It is quite the shooter with a 16MP CMOS sensor and an f/2.8 146-degree wide-angle lens that should satisfy even the most demanding camera junkie.
The pre-order for the Nexus 9 will start from today onwards until 23rd January 2015, while the RE Camera’s offer is currently ongoing until the 18th January.
