Love to take selfies wherever you go? Sony has just announced a perfect smartphone to help you do just that – the Sony Xperia C4 and Xperia C4 Dual. The new Xperia C4 is the company’s next generation PROselfie device that features a 5MP wide-angle front camera with LED flash.
The Xperia C4 is an upgrade to the Xperia C3 that was announced less than a year ago. It still packs the best offered by the Xperia C3 such as a 5MP 25mm wide-angle lens, along with Sony’s Exmor R for mobile sensor, soft LED flash and HDR features to help you capture the best selfies each time, even in low-light conditions. To top it off, the front camera also sports a Superior auto mode with SteadyShot that reduces camera shakes.
At the back, the Xperia C4 comes with a 13MP autofocus camera. It also has all the usual Sony Xperia camera goodies on board, such as a suite of creative camera apps, augmented reality effects, and such.
As for the rest of the device, it still has a same display size of 5.5”, but packs a Full HD display on board, an improvement over the 720p display on the C3. Bneath that, the Xperia C4 is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 128GB via microSD card. Other specs include 2600mAh battery, runs on Android 5.0 out of the box, and LTE connectivity.
