DiGi is now offering the Alcatel Pop 2 for free when you sign up for a contract with the telco. Retailing at RM589, the Alcatel Pop 2 is an entry-level LTE-enabled smartphone from Alcatel.
The telco is offering the device for free when you sign up for a 24 months contract under DG SmartPlan 78 postpaid plan at RM78 a month. If you require more data, calls and SMS, you can also sign up for the bigger plans – SmartPlan 108 or SmartPlan 148, all of which will offer the Alcatel Pop 2 for free.
The Alcatel Pop 2 is an entry-level Android smartphone. It features a 4.5” WVGA (480 x 854) display at the front and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core CPU. It has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. Other specs include 5MP rear camera, VGA front shooter, 2,000mAh battery, and runs on Android 4.4 out of the box.
