To usher in the new year, MyTeksi has announced its latest campaign called myWILDteksi. Offering MyTeksi users the chance to ride in customised taxis, those who are lucky enough to book a ride on one of these vehicles will receive a free ride and stand a chance to win RM500 daily.
There will be as many as 15 of these wild taxis roaming around parts of Malaysia waiting to be booked with the MyTeksi app. Costumers who manage to get a wild taxi will have to snap a picture with it in order to stand a chance to win RM500. The most creative entry will then be contacted by MyTeksi and be rewarded.
There will be three versions of the wild taxi: Kitty Cab the Pink Tiger, Frog Prince the Green Frog, and Mr. Jaws the Shark. Pretty peculiar names, no? This campaign will run until the end of the year.
This campaign is just another of MyTeksi’s many themed campaigns it has launched in the past year, which has been a mightily impressive one for the taxi-booking app. Just recently, Japanese company SoftBank invested as much as US$250 million into MyTeksi’s parent company, GrabTaxi Holdings Pte Ltd.
