Ubisoft is aware of the problems with Assassin’s Creed Unity as they announced that fixes for the various issues and bugs in the game are being worked on. Expect most of issues with the game to be ironed out; assuming Ubisoft delivers.

We have pointed out the various issues with Assassin’s Creed Unity, from an inconsistent frame-rate, to hilarious bugs and glitches, such as Arno (the main character) falling through the ground or getting stuck in a hay cart.

Ubisoft, after having its shares plunge as much as 8.3-percent, posted an update on their site to inform players that they are currently working on fixes for Unity. Some of the issues that Ubisoft is addressing are the frame-rate, graphical and collision, and matchmaking issues; as well as the game crashing when joining co-op sessions,

While most players are unhappy with the current state of the game, some remain positive by seeing the silver lining. Among the thousands of comments on Ubisoft’s site, Jasonlc1 said, “well at least when it crashes and I have to wait for it to load again I can listen to the soundtrack I pre ordered, look at the amazingly detailed statue I got and also look at concept art.” That’s one way of looking at things positively.

For the sake of Ubisoft, we hope these fixes will improve Assassin’s Creed Unity to be worthy of the AAA game title. After receiving large amounts of bad press from the media, Ubisoft cannot afford another mess-up.
