Playstation Plus members can now enjoy the offerings of the PSN store for the month of October. Both Driveclub and NBA 2K15 are set to be released on the PSN store – on the 7th of October and 8th of October respectively. Besides the couple of hot titles, PlayStation Plus members are also entitled to download free game titles from the PSN store such as Spelunky and Proteus. PlayStation Plus members are also eligible for discounts ranging from 20 percent to 40 percent for certain titles like CONTRAST and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker – HD Edition.
Driveclub is, as its name suggests, a Racing game exclusively on the PlayStation 4 in which where players are able to create clubs of up to six players and compete certain challenges among one another in order to earn fame. There are multiple racetracks in the games that are inspired by real-life race tracks that you and your friends can race on.
If you download the game before the 20th of October (be it the full game or the upgrade pack), you will receive eight cars as part of an early purchase bonus, with three of those cars being bonus cars as well as having immediate access to five unlockable cars.
Driveclub is set to be released on the 7th of October at a retail price of RM161 for the digital version.
If you’re not an automobile freak but fancy shooting hoops then fret not because NBA 2K15 is set to whet your appetite.
NBA 2K15 is, simply put, a basketball simulation game and it is the 16th instalment in the NBA 2K franchise. MVP Kevin Durant will be the cover athlete for this instalment of the game, a household name in the NBA and currently plays a small forward position for the Oklahoma City Thunder. Multiple add-ons will be released, namely the “Spanish Commentary Pack”, the “Gold Bling Pack”, the “ Platinum Bling Pack” and the “Blue Diamond Bling Pack”. All of these will be sold at RM16 for the first two instances of downloadable content and RM 32 as well as RM80 respectively.
To further sweeten the deal, if you download the game before the 21st of October you will receive a “KD MVP Bonus Pack”, which includes the following items – 5000 virtual currency, Kevin Durant Throwback or another MyTeam player card, two additional MyTEAM Card Packs and lastly a MyPLAYER leg sleeves, inspired by Kevin Durant.
To wrap things up for the month of October, the PlayStation Plus offer of the month is comprised of a few free titles such as Pix the Cat, Proteus and Vessel. PS Vita, PS4, PS3 users are eligible to download the free games of the month.
Besides that, PlayStation Plus users can enjoy discounts for select titles from 20 percent up to 40 percent for titles such as CONTRAST, Dark Mist and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker- HD edition.
