Good news for those who wish to get the Samsung Galaxy S5, Celcom is currently having a road show in Mid Valley Megamall, allowing you to get a Samsung Galaxy S5 for “free”. Nothing is completely free of course, the catch is that you’ll have to sign up for a contract with the telco, and pay a rather expensive monthly plan.
The roadshow will run from 9 to 13 July 2014 at North Void 1 in Mid Valley. All you need to do is sign up with Celcom First Elite at the roadshow and you can take home a Samsung Galaxy S5 for free. Celcom First Elite comes with RM150 worth of calls and SMS and as with all phone bundles from the telco, you will need to sign up for a data plan as well.
Celcom did not unveil any details on heir website, but the cheapest phone price is RM988 so you’ll save at least RM988. Currently, Celcom is offering the Galaxy S5 for RM988 when you sign up for a 24 months contract under Celcom First Elite + Mobile Internet mPro data plan, both for a total of RM238/month.
