Intel Malaysia Continues To Urge Users To Upgrade Their PCs, Now Through PC Refresh Campaign

2014 Intel Malaysia PC Refresh Campaign

Picking up from last year’s Generation Today campaign, Intel Malaysia has recently kicked off yet another campaign that is aiming to convince users to upgrade from their old, aging PCs especially those that are more than 4 years old to the current crop of Intel-based Windows PCs.

Instead of a trade-in program that was the foundation of the 2013 Generation Today campaign, the 2014 PC Refresh Campaign’s strength mainly lies on the campaign’s ecosystem partners such as Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft.

By that, we mean in terms of products line-up that are involved in the campaign as well as their pricing. It doesn’t mean that users will not get any kind of savings through Intel Malaysia’s 2014 PC Refresh Campaign though as there is actually 20% discounts for all Intel-powered PCs at the upcoming Intel PC Refresh Roadshow that will take place at 22 locations throughout Klang Valley.

In addition to that, consumers also have the chance to win RM 1,500 discount voucher by participating in the mini-game contest at the campaign’s official website. Furthermore, those who purchased new Intel-based Windows PCs between 1 June and 31 July 2014 at one of the 300 participating retailers nationwide will also have the chance to win a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland.

In order to help customers migrate to their new PCs throughout the campaign period, consultants from SNS Network Sdn Bhd will be present at select retailers to provide data back-up services for customers that want to transfer data from their old PCs.
