If you have been contemplating to get your hands on a Samsung Galaxy S5, Samsung Malaysia has just give you a new reason: the company has announced during the weekend that consumers are now able to trade-in their phone in exchange for a rebate for the brand new Samsung Galaxy S5.
Consumers are able to trade up phones on any given brands; both Samsung and non-Samsung devices. Interestingly, the deal stated that Samsung Malaysia is willing to add RM 200 on top of your phone’s trade-in value.
This means, let’s say if your phone is valued at RM 200, the total discount you will receive for your new Galaxy S5 will be RM 400 which means that the final price that you have to pay for the new device is RM 1999 instead of its RM 2399 RRP. Then again, there is one catch though.
According to the promo’s T&C statement, the value of your old phone will be solely determined by the participating Samsung Authorized Dealers and you are limited to only one device per customer. Additionally, this promo will end on 31 May which means you only have few days left to consider about it.
So, good luck on convincing those dealers that your old phone is really worthy…
