The ZTE V817 is a mid-range Android smartphone from the Chinese company. It features a 4.5” TFT IPS display and right beneath that is a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 processor (MSM8225Q) with 512MB of RAM on board. Other specs include Android 4.1.2, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front camera, and 4GB of internal storage.
