I’m a huge fan of the taxi booking app MyTeksi and believe that it has taken an antiquated industry and really brought it into the 21st century. MyTeksi has come leaps and bounds since its debut and in their latest campaign “Afraid Of The Dark” they are looking to educate the general public about improved safety after dark. To encourage the general public to take more public transport, MyTeksi is offering a RM7 discount for when you book a Taxi after 10PM and before 5am.
Here’s how to get your Afraid of the Dark Promotion via the MyTeksi App
Step 1:
Download the MyTeksi app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and/or Windows Phone Store and activate your account.
Step 2:
Key-in “#night” into the “Notes to driver” field (with the hashtag).
Step 3:
Book your Night ride! You will receive an in-app and/or SMS message if your promo code successful redemption of promo after getting a taxi allocated by the system.
Additional Promotion Notice:
- The #night discount promo code can be used multiple times per unique MyTeksi account but is limited to within the stipulated Promo Period and Promo Pick-up Time.
- Promo Period is everyday (including weekends and public holidays) from 24-Feb-2014 (10:00PM) to 10-Mar-2014 (5:00AM).
- Promo Pick-up Time is from 10:00PM to 5:00AM.
- The promo discount is only successfully redeemed once the promo confirmation in-app and/or SMS message is received (after successfully being allocated a taxi by the system).
- All taxi bookings must be made through the MyTeksi app in order to receive this promotion.
- Pick-up and drop-off locations must be within Klang Valley, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya only.
