Plenty of customers rushed out to Apple Stores and retailers in launch markets throughout the world last week to grab themselves the brand new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus; which resulted in record sales figures for Apple. Now that all the early adopters are settling in with their devices, we are starting to hear issues regarding the device.
In this particular case, a bent iPhone 6 Plus. Ouch.
According to one of the unfortunate owner of the bent unit, he/she didn’t accidentally sit on it or anything similar to that. Instead, the iPhone 6 Plus was in the owner’s front pocket all the time. Another report in the same forum also pointed similar situation as well.

While this is not the first time we heard such cases within the iPhone family (for example: iPhone 5 as shown below), but that is exactly the reason why it is such a concern. To be frank, one bended iPhone is already one too many considering its price tag.
With that, do take care of your iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus if you already managed to get your hands on one of them ahead of other consumers in Malaysia especially to that person who bought the device for RM 7,800. Then again…if you can afford to pay close to RM 8k for it… you most probably will be able to immediately purchase another replacement anyway.
