Data roaming has just gotten a whole lot more affordable because Maxis has just announced a new Data Roam Saver plan, allowing you to stay connected to the internet for only RM10/day while you’re roaming.
Available in 16 countries, Data Roam Saver offers 50MB of data for only RM10/day. Don’t be too disappointed with the tiny bit of data though, after exceeding the 50MB quota, you can still continue to browse the internet at no extra charge at all. Sure, the speed will be throttled, but at least you won’t get a bill shock because you forgot to turn data roaming off right?
