So, ASUS ZenFone line of Intel-powered smartphones are now in our region. That being said, the release date for each countries in the region varies from one to another. For Malaysia, ASUS ZenFone release in our market has been shifted towards end of April instead of mid-April as per earlier report.
As for the pricing, ASUS Malaysia’s rep has confirmed to us here at the on-going ZenFone’s regional launch event in Jakarta that the price of ZenFone devices in Malaysia will start from RM 299 onwards.
Specifically, ZenFone 4 is priced at RM 299 while ZenFone 5 and ZenFone 6 cost RM 599 and RM 899 respectively. All these pricing are consistent with the information that was leaked last month.
