UPDATE: The sole distributor of the Moto G in Malaysia, Brightstar, has provided some extra information regarding the Moto G’s estimated arrival time.
Product Availability: Stocks for the Moto G are expected to arrive either before or after Chinese New Year. Due to the greater than expected demand for the Moto G and the limited stocks allocated by Brightstar, Storekini will deliver the Moto G to the earliest pre-order customers first. Hence, some customers will get their Moto G before the Chinese New Year, and others will get them after Chinese New Year.
Freebies: Once again, the greater-than-expected demand for the Moto G has resulted in insufficient stocks for the Flip Covers. Hence, only the earliest pre-order customers will receive the Flip Covers based on the allocated units given by Brightstar. However, the rest of the buyers will each get a Moto G Shell back cover (of random colour) and a screen protector for their devices instead.
Lucky Draw: However, customers who will be receiving their device after the Chinese New Year will stand a chance to win a Motorola in-car charger for the Moto G.
