It’s been about a week since I’ve installed iOS 7 Beta 1 on my iPhone 4S and my verdict? Don’t install it, it’s far from ready and I’ve already lost count on how many times it crashed on me, not to mention, the number of apps that are not supported on the latest mobile operating system from Apple. If you’re curious on how iOS 7 is and how it looks in real life, Recombu has recently released an Interactive iOS 7 Demo to the public, allowing you to test out the new OS without installing it on any devices.
Visit their page now and start playing with the simulator but before you proceed, do note that it may be a bit buggy. Things are not working quite as well over at my side; I can’t seem to slide around the screen using my mouse but do give it a try. The simulator gives you an overall feel of the latest OS. You can click into the apps to check out the new designs – Calendar, App Store, Safari and such – and how things work within the apps. Have fun.
