It looks like the 4K display madness we saw in CES 2013 hasn’t ended, at the on-going Taiwan Computex 2013, Asus showed off its 31.5” 4K monitor which is priced at a whopping USD$3,799 and as though that’s not enough, it has a 39” one as well scheduled for Q3 this year.
The sexy beast has a resolution of 3,850 x 2,160, 140-ppi panel and a matte, anti-glare finish to give it the perfect display surrounded by a thin panel. The 39” version should pack more or less the same specs but of course, with a bigger price tag that I don’t think an ordinary person like me can ever afford, not now at least.
