WeChat recently announced that its WeChat app is now available for Nokia Asha Smartphones. WeChat is one of the fastest growing mobile communications app and was launched in Malaysia just months ago. It is currently supported on other mobile platforms as well, including Android, Blackberry, iOS, Symbian as well as Windows Phone, bringing you closer to all your friends no matter what device they are using.

WeChat for Nokia Asha Touch Smartphones comes with its signature “Hold-to-Talk” feature which allows users to send voice messages over a mobile or data network. Users can also chat with a maximum of 40 friends online through the group chat feature within the app.
