The catch is that you have to let their customer support do everything they can to get the game going. That’s not too bad, because the problem can simply be a system that cannot run the particular game.
The company is also offering a 14-day refund on games that are purchased but not downloaded. Yes, we have all gone through those moments of buying something on impulse and then immediately forgetting about it. Being fair to gog.com, the games in question aren’t very expensive yet.
