Here’s a break from all the IFA announcements, Celcom has recently added two new devices into its bundles – the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and Galaxy S4 Active, offering both these latest available gadgets from Samsung from as low as RM888 and RM1,388 respectively. You can purchase them with a 12- or 18-months contract under one of the telco’s Celcom First Voice and or data plan.
Retailing at RM1,499, the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 is the latest 8” tablet from Samsung that features LTE connectivity on board. Powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, the tablet has 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable memory on board. It has a 5MP rear camera, 1.3MP front shooter, 4,450mAh battery and runs on Android 4.2.2 out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Active as its name suggest, is a rugged version of the flagship Galaxy S4 smartphone. It features almost the same hardware as the S4 such as a 5” Full HD display, 4G LTE connectivity, and 16GB of expandable memory. The S4 Active is powered by a 1.9GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and has a 8MP rear camera coupled with a 2MP camera at the front.
