Finally, it’s DiGi’s turn to lower its Samsung Galaxy S III phone bundle price, the device price took a dip from RM1,999 to RM1,699 shortly after the announcement of the Galaxy S IV over in New York. Both Celcom and Maxis have already revised their phone bundles for the S III and now it’s DiGi’s turn so read on and check out the new price comparison between Celcom, Maxis and DiGi.
Available with only a 24 months contract under DiGi, the phone price offered by the telco is actually RM1,499; RM200 cheaper than retail price. Instead of subsidizing on the device price, DiGi seems to have taken on a whole new strategy and provide monthly rebates instead – RM10/month for DG Smart Plan 58 subscriptions, and RM20/month for DG Smart Plan 88. The rebates will be applicable for the entire contract duration:
