This is due the fact that only Apple has the actual right to announce them and voila, here there are.

Wi-Fi: RM 999 (16GB), RM 1299 (32GB) and RM 1599 (64GB).
Wi-Fi + Cellular: RM 1399, RM 1699 and 1999.
4th Gen iPad with Retina Display
Wi-Fi: RM 1499, RM 1799, and RM 2099.
Wi-Fi + Cellular: RM 1899, RM 2199 and 2499.
Both tablets in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + Cellular models are readily available from Apple Online Store Malaysia and the delivery time to your home varies from 1 to 3 business days for 4th Gen iPad Wi-Fi and up to 2 weeks for 4th Gen iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular as well as both variants of iPad Mini. The store currently limits two iPad Mini unit per customer while no such limit is imposed to 4th Gen iPad.
