Redmagic recently released its newest flagship smartphone for the global market. While Malaysia was not included in the initial announcement, the company has confirmed that the device will be landing here pretty soon. A teaser posted on the brand’s social media accounts reveals that the Redmagic 11 Pro will make its local debut on 6 November 2025.
It is worth noting that the international version of the Redmagic 11 Pro is not the same as the one released in China. In fact, this model is more or less a rebadged Redmagic 11 Pro+, albeit with a minor difference in terms of battery. Yes, this does mean that the phone we’re getting comes with a slightly nerfed battery, as is typical with many Chinese brands.

In terms of specifications, the global Redmagic 11 Pro sports a 6.85-inch BOE X10 AMOLED display with a 1,216 x 2,688 pixel resolution. This screen comes with a 144Hz refresh rate, as well as a peak brightness of 1,800 nits. Other features include an under-display fingerprint scanner, shoulder triggers, RGB lighting on the rear, as well as an IPX8 water resistance rating.
Under the hood, the brand has equipped the device with a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with its in-house Redcore R4 chip. Aside from that, the phone gets up to 24GB of RAM and a maximum of 1TB of storage. That said, at the moment it is unclear whether all configurations will be available here.

As for the battery, the phone gets a 7,500mAh capacity. While China’s Pro+ model gets support for 120W wired charging, this version only supports 80W wired charging. That said, it does retain 80W wireless charging.
Moreover, the Redmagic 11 Pro packs the same hybrid cooling. Dubbed AquaCore, the liquid cooling system is visible on the back in the transparent versions. In addition to this, the device gets a fan that can spin up to 24,000 RPM, a 13,116 mm² vapour chamber, and a liquid metal layer.

For imaging, the phone features a 50MP main camera, as well as a 50MP ultrawide sensor. Meanwhile, the front houses a 16MP selfie snapper hidden under the display.
Aside from the transparent Nightfreeze and Subzero variants, the device comes in a matte black Cryo colourway. For now, the company has yet to disclose details on the local pricing, but fortunately it won’t be a long wait until the official launch.
