Last month, Huawei officially launched the Pura 80 Pro and the Pura 80 Ultra for the local market. Now, the brand is bringing another member of the flagship lineup to our shores, namely the base model.
The Huawei Pura 80 features a 6.6-inch LTPO OLED display with a resolution of 1,256 x 2,760, an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, as well as Huawei’s second-generation Kunlun Glass for durability. Like its fancier siblings, the device sports an AI Smart Controls Button.

For internals, the phone packs a 5,170mAh battery with support for 66W wired and 50W wireless charging. Aside from that, it comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. For software, the device runs EMUI 15 right out the gate.
On the imaging side, the Pura 80 features a triple setup. It comprises a 50MP main shooter with OIS and a variable aperture ranging from f/1.4 to f/4.0, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, as well as a 12MP periscope telephoto lens with 5.5x optical zoom. For the selfie enthusiasts, the front shooter is a 13MP unit.
The Huawei Pura 80 comes in Frosted Gold, Frosted White, and Frosted Black colourways and is priced at RM3,299. From now until 7 September 2025, customers can pre-order the device from the brand’s physical and online stores, as well as its official stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

During this period, customers pre-ordering the phone are entitled to receive free gifts including a RM500 voucher, a Huawei Band 8, a Huawei Scale 3, and a year of Huawei Care+.
