Asus announced the availability of its latest Vivobook S14 and S16 Copilot+ laptops. The two laptops serve as the latest addition to the brand’s lineup, and are powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon X processor.
Specifically, both the Vivobook S14 and S16 run on the X1-26-100, an 8-core, 8-thread processor with 30MB Cache and a boost clock of up to 2.97GHz, and the same 45 TOPS NPU. Aside from the difference in display sizes, the laptops are identical in hardware.

That includes the same FHD+ or WUXGA resolution, the same OLED panel, and the same 60Hz refresh rate. Other specs include 16GB LPDDR5X-8448 RAM, 1TB of PCIe 4.0 storage, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and the same number of USB-A 3.2 and USB4 ports. Even the battery capacity is the same at 70Wh, as is their thickness of 1.79cm.
The other difference between the Vivobook S14 and S16 is the weight: the S14 weights in at 1.35kg, while the S16 weighs 1.74kg.

Both Asus Vivobook models are already available at all authorised resellers at an SRP of RM3,699. Do note that the pricing is the same, regardless of model. We’re guessing this is Asus giving potential customers the option of rocking a larger or smaller form factor. Both the S14 and S16 are also available in two colour options, Cool Silver and Matte Gray.
