MyTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd has officially launched its Premium ad-free subscriptions for the MyTV Mana-Mana streaming service. Although the paid plans were initially introduced back in May with little fanfare, today’s event marks a formal reintroduction alongside the unveiling of several new exclusive features.
As before, MyTV Mana-Mana’s paid offerings are split into two tiers: Basic and Premium, with the latter being the more feature-rich option. The Basic subscription is priced at RM6.90 per month, RM19.90 per three months, or RM74.90 per year. The Premium tier, meanwhile, costs RM9.90 per month, RM28.90 per three months, or RM106.90 per year.
According to details shared during the launch, Basic tier subscribers will receive all content available in the free plan, plus four exclusive channels: Rock Action, Rock Entertainment, KCM, and Global Trekker. The number of devices supported for simultaneous streaming has also been increased to four, up from the previous limit of three.
The Premium tier has likewise received updates. In addition to all content from the free and Basic plans, Premium subscribers now gain access to Premium video-on-demand (VOD) content, five new channels – SPOTV Now, Aniplus, One, ZooMoo, and Drama Channel – and exclusive access to MyTV Original productions, which includes both films and TV series. Notably, the Euro News channel is no longer listed as part of the Premium offering.
Outside of the paid tiers, MyTV confirmed that its free subscription remains available to all users, both new and existing. One minor change is the reduction of live TV channels from 23 to 22, though the library of VOD content has expanded to over 2,000 titles. Access to 22 live radio stations remains unchanged. Free-tier limitations include advertisements during streaming and single-device access for both web and mobile platforms.
As before, MyTV Mana-Mana Premium is now available via the service’s official website and mobile app (available on Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS). Despite the changes, the service’s paid subscriptions remain to be the most affordable in Malaysia.
