Anker sub-brand Soundcore is expanding its line of audio products with the official release of the Liberty 5, its newest pair of TWS earbuds. As the name suggests, these earbuds are the successor to the company’s Liberty 4 series, and features improved ANC.
Each bud comes with a 9.2mm custom-tuned bio-diaphragm driver made from wool paper for sound delivery. The buds also come with support for Dolby 3D Audio and LDAC transmission. In addition to adaptive ANC 3.0, the earbuds feature a six-microphone AI system for calls, a dual-mic transparency mode, as well as wear detection. The entire package has an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.
As for battery life, Soundcore claims that Liberty 5 offers up to 12 hours of playtime on a single charge, with a total of 48 hours with the charging case. Furthermore, charging the buds for ten minutes provides five hours of use. Wireless connection is handled via Bluetooth 5.4, and the buds can be connected to two devices. Moreover, the earbuds are compatible with Google Fast Pair.
The Liberty 5 comes in Black, White, Navy Blue, as well as Apricot, and is available on the Anker Shopee and Lazada stores for RM399. Of course, there is also an early bird promotion running from 27 May 2025 until 19 June 2025, during which customers can purchase the buds for just RM329.
