TRYX isn’t a name that many of you would be familiar with, and that’s alright. First founded back in 2023 by a former employee at Cooler Master, the brand is trying to make a name for itself in both the desktop casing and CPU cooling markets.
To be fair, the brand had initially come under fire from Gamers Nexus’ Tech Jesus himself, Steve Burke, almost a year ago over the shoddy quality of its LUCA L70 casing but TRYX had assured us that any and all issues found then had been resolved.
We saw some new casings, including the FLOVA models in three colours, one of which was a soothing pink colour with a detachable fabric mesh panel. What made this casing unique was the fact that it had a 90° vertical fan that pulled air from the side of the casing, given the nature of the fabric-based mesh vent at the front.
What TRYX has made a name for in the past couple years, though, is the CPU cooling SKUs. These include air coolers and AIOs but the most important feature of these coolers are the detachable displays on both options.
The AIO variants, in particular feature rotatable LCD displays that can obviously be customised to show different animations, while one features a concave design that allows people to place figurines on top of it.
