Tune Protect Malaysia has launched a new property-based insurance product called Home Easy, claiming that it offers the cheapest online home insurance policy in the market.
Home Easy offers both HouseOwner and HouseHolder insurance. In case you’re confused, HouseOwner covers your residential building (physical house), including garages, walls, and gates. In contrast, HouseHolder covers things that are in your house, like furniture, television sets, and personal clothing.
The insurance firm asserts that Home Easy’s HouseOwner plan offers over 40% savings in premium costs at present. To prove it’s the cheapest in the market, the company promises to refund the price difference if customers can find a cheaper option on another website from now until 31 August 2021.
Home Easy can be purchased online through the Tune Protect website or the official app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Purchasing through these online channels gives customers the added benefit of a 15% direct rebate on premium.
