First made its global debut in February, Sony Xperia 10 II was finally released in Malaysia in August after missing its original local release date two months prior. Barely three months after being in our market though, you can now obtain the mid-range phone from Sony Malaysia for less.
Just a quick refresher on its specifications, the Xperia 10 II carries a 6-inch Full HD+ OLED display with 21:9 aspect ratio and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor. The Malaysian unit is also equipped with 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Other than that, the IP65/IP68 phone also features a combination of 12MP Exmor R main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera and 8MP telephoto camera alongside an 8MP selfie camera. Completing its general specs sheet is a 3600mAh battery and 3.5mm audio jack.
When it was released in Malaysia, the Xperia 10 II carries a price tag of RM 1799 but you can purchase it at Sony Malaysia’s online store for RM 1299. If the colour that you want is not there, you can try your luck at Sony Malaysia’s Lazada store although the Black colourway has fully sold out at both platforms.
If the Xperia 10 II is not powerful enough or too “old” for your liking, you may want to look forward to the Xperia 5 II which will be available for pre-order later this week. Then again, the Snapdragon 865-based phone does carry a hefty price tag of RM 4099.
