Not too long ago, LG launched its NanoCell 8K TV in Malaysia. The new television comes in at 65-inches and is powered by the brand’s NanoCell IPS display technology to deliver users the big picture. Quite literally as well.
The LG NanoCell 8K TV is equipped with the α9 Gen3 AI processor along with the brand’s nano-engineering technology, which produces Pure Colors by applying about 1nm-sized nanoparticles to filter out dull colour and enhance color purity. These ensure that images on screen appear sharp, tremendously detailed and real for maximum viewing experience.
Thanks to its powerful processor, the new LG TV is capable of upscaling content with resolutions as low as 1080p onwards to 8K as well. Of course, at the same time it would also further enhance these upscaled images to retain their details, sharpness and colour. With this, viewers are assured that they will be able to enjoy their favourite content in glorious 8K regardless.
Other than that, the α9 Gen3 AI processor also enables a variety of visual and audio enhancements via features such as Face Enhancing, AI Brightness Control, AI Sound Pro and Adaptive Sound Control.
The LG NanoCell 8K TV is powered by the brand’s AI ThinQ, which has a deep learning feature. These include voice command capabilities, as well as smart home IOT connectivity and management.
Of course, also included are a slew of smart TV functions for added user convenience, namely wireless connectivity, support for various streaming services, and so on. Screen mirroring and content sharing is also available for Android-based mobile devices, and Apple AirPlay features are fully supported as well.
