Aside from the wider availability of Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus, Xiaomi Malaysia has also announced that the Mi Mix 2 Special Edition has officially landed in Malaysia as well. As you might be able to recall, the standard version of Mi Mix 2 was launched in our market three months ago.
What made the Special Edition variant special is that it comes with full ceramic unibody alongside 8GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The rest of its hardware is similar to the standard Mi Mix 2 which include 5.99-inch 18:9 full screen display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, 12MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, and 3400mAh battery.
Available only in white color, the Mi Mix 2 Special Edition is being listed at Xiaomi Malaysia’s online store for RM 2699 which is RM 500 more than its standard counterpart. In case you want to learn more about Mi Mix 2, check out our review of the standard model right here.
